Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • You received the wrong item or a defective product

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@elyfti.us with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Once approved, return the item to the provided address.

⚠️ Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


💵 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products damaged by misuse or neglect

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Digital downloads or gift cards (if any)


🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@elyfti.us with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement promptly.


🚚 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like hair styling tools once used) cannot be returned unless defective.
Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.


🕓 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time for posting)

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, please email contact@elyfti.us
